Strawberry Banana Bread Recipe

Summer baking season has commenced at Fruitable Team Member An’s home! This week, An tried out a delicious Strawberry Banana Bread recipe
Native strawberries from Ward's Berry Farm in Sharon, MA

Baking with bananas is a great way to make use of any fruit that’s a bit too ripe to eat straight. An picked up some particularly flavorful and juicy native strawberries from Ward’s Berry Farm in Sharon, MA to bake this bread.

Happy baking, everyone!

This recipe includes walnuts, but it can be easily modified for those who may be allergic.

ORANGES - to squeeze or not to squeeze?

As we work to develop fruitable into a useful application, we want to know what kind of information and presentation is appealing to you, our users! So, every few days we will highlight a fruit or vegetable and review seasonality, picking, storage, and also fine-tune our OPI (organic purchase importance) index.

We would love to hear your feedback along the way. So, tell us what you like and what you don't like; we will do our best to consider it for our future posts and the final website!
